What’s the catch? The calls get faster and faster until we’re all laughing and breathless!
For Greek Gods day: Ancient Greek clothing was extraordinarily simple. For men and women, the Chiton is really easy to do – check out the illustration on that wikipedia page. The man’s version of the chiton is knee-length or less, but since we’re dancing, women and men should probably something that comes no lower than the mid-shin for safety, freedom of movement, and comfort.
Also for women (or men), the peplos might be interesting to do, too. It’s basically a long tube of fabric, with the top turned down to the natural waist and then pinned over both shoulders – again, the illustration on the page I linked is easy to understand. A peplos in the ancient world would be ankle-length, and certainly one could wear that, but like the chiton, might want to be worn shorter.
Here’s another interseting page showing how to wear ancient Greek clothing
