2009 SF Pride Redux!

We had a great time at Pride this year: the booth was a success, our parade contingent and float won the Most Outrageous Float prize, and our square dance demo wrangled up three squares of dancers!

Special thanks goes to Camilla Lombard at Good Vibrations for approaching the square dance clubs, Steve Huggins and Kathy Tuccio from Foggy City Dancers and Western Star Dancers for co-ordinating the Pride contingent from the clubs’ end, all the dancers, banner carriers, and booth volunteers from all seven Bay Area LBGT Square Dance Clubs who worked really hard to pull it all off!

We still have a lot of recruiting work to do to make this year a success, but will the wonderful work we have done so far, we can make it a great year.
