From facing lines, as in the standard set-up for Load the Boat:
Ends do their part of Load the Boat, while the centers, in a continuous flowing motion, do a Single Circle To an Ocean Wave, then Fan the Top, then Extend. The call ends in parallel Ocean Waves.
