  • You may join Foggy City Dancers at three levels for 2019:
    • “FCD Member” (includes membership, Square Dance Insurance, a tax exempt letter on request, and Club voting rights);
    • “FCD Hero” (includes all of the above plus new FCD name badge if needed and Donor Name on FCD’s Online Wall-of-Gratitude page);
    • “FCD Superhero” (includes all of the above plus free weekend dances and photo on FCD’s Wall-of-Gratitude page).
  • You may choose “Sustaining” (automatically billed each year with a PayPal account) or “2020 Only”
  • Download a PDF to print and MAIL (or bring it to an event)

Membership Options

FCD Member:
Included with club membership, you get “United Square Dancers of America” Insurance, an IRS donation letter (upon request), Club voting rights, and the appreciation of all our dancers (past, present, and future) for helping keep the square dance alive in San Francisco!
