So if you don’t remember the difference between Spin Chain the Gears and Spin Chain Exchange the Gears, or having trouble with Fan the Top from Diamonds or other formations, then this club night is for you!

Dancing at 2pm – you don’t have to know how to dance to participate – we’ll show you how!
We’ll provide the burgers, dogs, (including meat, garden patties and tofurky dogs) and condiments – you provide a side dish, salad, dessert! Beverages will be on sale for $1 – we’ll have water and sodas on ice!
We still need volunteers for the Pride Booth and Parade Contingent Monitors. If you sign up today you will receive this snazzy, supercool t-shirt as thanks!
This event is a big part of our push to raise the visibility of LGBTQI Square Dancing in the Bay Area. The club is investing a lot of time and resources in making this a successful event as a part of our big Summer Stimulation Package!
Last night’s Pride Parade rehearsal with the Dosey Dildoes went off really well! FCD member, Charlie Dieterich, took some video and here’s one of the clips!

You may be wondering what happens when we have a barn, and Western Star Dancers has a piano! Well, wonder no more; we all had a great time! Thanks to everyone for showing up and making it a great evening. We had two tips all night, three tips once, and an advanced tip, too, at the end! All that yummy food, and the decor. Since I’m apt to forget someone in my individual thanks, attached is the delightful program that Western Star provided – I am grateful to everyone who participated!
This is what happens when everyone pulls together and works toward the common good: a night more successful all the way around. Speaking for myself, I hope we can do more joint events in the future, and I hope you all do, too.
Best of all, the club actually ended up in the black tonight! From the generous donations everyone made tonight, we were able to totally cover the cost of the hall and Harlan, plus have some money left over to split between the two clubs!
